Stephen Lightbown shares his view on showing up and surrendering, especially after the accident that lead to him being a wheelchair user.
Stephen Lightbown is a Bristol based poet who writes extensively but not exclusively about being a wheelchair user. He is a friend and someone we love talking and listening too. We are pretty confident you will love listening to him too.
His first collection, Only Air, was published in 2019 and his second, The Last Custodian, will be published in June 2021. Stephen is also a Chair and Trustee of a number of charities in the UK and over the next year will be taking his yoga teaching training.
