We are preparing ourselves for Coming Home retreat this weekend. And in doing so, we remember to create space for ourselves. And we notice that we all sometimes need to make space. Whether it's at work, at home or, when we want to join the Coming Home retreat.
In all of these situations there's π£πΆπ΅'π΄ and πΈπ©π’π΅ πͺπ§'π΄ in our heads that might prevent us from creating space:
- 'But my kids need me.'
- 'What if my colleagues need my help?'
- 'But my partner/ roommate needs that room, so there is no space for me.'
